Caution: To avoid irritation or more serious disease to your eyes, we recommend an annual or semi-annual check-up with your Eye Care Specialist. If you have never worn contact lenses before, we recommend that you visit your Eye Care Specialist to establish tolerance to contact lenses first. All of our products are produced in full compliance with The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS
All Terms and Conditions are applied to agreements made on the Comfort Contact Lenses website with written acceptance by Lens House. These conditions are formally accepted by the Purchaser at the time of purchase. With confirmation of the order, you declare as the Purchaser that you agree to these conditions. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions shall be considered valid only after written acceptance by Lens House, in written form or by email. In consideration of your use of Comfortcontactlenses.com you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information as prompted by Comfortcontactlenses.com and maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Lens House has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, it has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current and future use of the Site. It is strictly forbidden to resale any products purchased through the website or by any other means from Comfortcontactlenses.com or its subsidiaries affiliates. By making an order in Comfortcontactlenses.com, you are declaring that the items are for personal use only and they are not for sale or re-sale. It is strictly forbidden to sale Lens House products by the means of online platforms.
- CHILDREN PROTECTION
Comfortcontactlenses.com is not available for users under 18 years. If you are under the age of 18, then your parent or a guardian review and accept this agreement on your behalf through Comfortcontactlenses.com registration procedure.
- ORDERS
After placing the order, the purchaser will receive an automatic email acting as confirmation of the order. This email is in no way a binding contract between the purchaser and seller, Comfortcontactlenses.com. Comfortcontactlenses.com reserves the right to cancel the order at any time by refunding the received payment.
- SHIPPING
Lens House offers its customers free shipping on orders over PKR 2000. For any order below PKR 2000 will be charged PKR 150 for shipping. If the item is unclaimed or a Purchaser submits a wrong or insufficient delivery address which causes a return of the product to us, the Purchaser agrees to pay the reshipping fee (depending on the selected shipping method) to Lens House for reshipping and repacking. Lens House agrees to cover part of the shipping fee only once. 4.1 Product Availability and Expected Dispatch Times All lenses available on our online store can take up to 5 business days to be dispatched (except Toric lenses which may take up to 10 business days). Dispatch days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number as proof the consignment was sent. It is necessary to wait a few days before tracking your registered mail order as all data must be uploaded by the postal system. 4.2 Expected Delivery Time Delivery times are approximate and not exact. Any delay does not constitute the rescission of the contract between Lens House and the Purchaser. If insufficient data is given by the Purchaser to process the order, we will not be responsible for delays in delivery. In case of delays on our part beyond the reasonable time, we will issue a refund to the Purchaser. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. The average delivery time with Registered Mail is:
- Lahore: 1-2 business days
- Punjab: 2-4 business days
- Other Provinces: 2-5 business days
Please note that delivery time is approximate. We do not guarantee delivery times. Lens House takes no responsibility for delays caused by the quality of the postal service in each city.
All products are sent as Registered Mail and the Purchaser must sign personally to receive their own goods. No one else may sign on their behalf. 4.3 Responsibilities Once the item has been sent and the Purchaser has received their tracking number, the Purchaser agrees to take over full responsibility for delivery. Purchasers agree to track their own orders. Check our Shipping & Tracking Section for details. If the tracking for your parcel shows the wording โ Deliveredโ, Lens House is unable to issue any refund.
- PRICING
All prices of the items on our website are in Pakistani Rupees currency.
- CLAIMS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Customers are requiredย to consult with their Eye Care Specialist BEFORE orderingย from our store. We can only accept returns if the lenses are found to be factory defective. Any refund will be issued within 120 days from the date of purchase. All refunds will be made in PKR. In the case that you receive factory defective lenses, we will exchange them free of charge. Defective contact lenses may only be exchanged for the exact same lens model, color and prescription. In the case that you receive defective lenses, you must proceed as follows:
- 1. Contact Comfortโs Customer Service Department byย phone, email, WhatsApp or any social media page.
- 2. Return the defective lenses to Comfort, including everything that came in the package with your shipment such as the box, blister and labels.
- 3. If you have opened the blisters, place the lenses in a lens case with contact lens solution and return them to us with the box and include the opened blisters.
- 4. Returning defective lenses must be sent within seven business days from the time that the customer initially contacted Comfort Customer Service Department to report the defect.
We recommend that you do not accept deliveries which are obviously damaged. For detailed information about returns, please visit ourย return policyย section. The costs of returning the goods to Lens House will be paid by the Purchaser. The Purchaser agrees and accepts this policy.
- RESPONSIBILITY AND WARRANTIES
All items sold on Comfortcontactlenses.com are delivered in original packaging and in accordance with the information sent by the Purchaser. We are not responsible for errors in the information made by the Purchaser at the time of ordering. The responsibility of proper use of the lenses and following the instructions included in each product, falls upon the Purchaser. It is up to the Purchaser to follow proper maintenance, seek eye care and to regulate the tolerability of their own lenses. For this reason, we recommend a visit to your Eye Care Specialist every 6 months and that you follow the advice given in the instructions accompanying our product.
- PERSONAL INFORMATION
The personal information disclosed by the Purchaser at the time of the order will be retained by Comfortcontactlenses.com in a computer database. All personal information will be treated solely for the purposes of the correct order entry, business contacts, and after-sales service. The customer is free at any time to request the modification or deletion of their own personal information.
- PLACE OF JURISDICTION
In the case of any disputes arising, the place of jurisdiction will be Lahore, Pakistan.

You further agree that,ย if you change your telephone number without notifying Us of such change, you agree that you will be responsible for all costs (including attorneysโ fees) and liabilities incurred by Us, or any party that assists in the delivery of the SMS/MMS mobile messages, as a result of claims brought by individual(s) who are later assigned that mobile telephone number.ย This duty and agreement shall survive any cancellation or termination of your agreement to participate in any of our Programs. You agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Program, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
